BTS Advertising Rates

Between the Spokes Ad Rates, Payment & Delivery Options

BMW Bikers of Metropolitan Washington does not solicit advertising as a profit-making venture, but rather to offset the cost of printing and mailing its monthly newsletter to the membership. All advertising appearing in Between the Spokes must conform to the following standards.

  1. Advertising must offer products or services directly or indirectly related to
    motorcycling
  2. Advertising must be submitted to the editor no later than the 10th of the month
    preceding month of insertion (i.e., January 10 is the deadline for the February
    issue).
  3. All advertising must be delivered to the editor as a high resolution (300ppi) JPG
    file, a Word document, plain text, press quality .PDF, or created in Publisher
    2007.
  4. The editor and/or the board of directors reserve the right to refuse publication of
    any advertising deemed inappropriate or unsatisfactory.
  5. Positioning within the newsletter is at the discretion of the editor.
  6. BMWBMW members may run classified ads for personal items at no charge for
    two consecutive months.

2/3 $65 (4.75" w x 9.5" tall)
Full $100 (7.5" w x 9.5" tall)

Payment and Delivery Options

All ads and ad packages must be paid for in advance, with checks made payable to
“BMWBMW.” Artwork should be emailed to editor@bmwbmw.org. Payment should be
mailed to:
